Diana’s training is in Classical Pilates where form and accuracy of movement are key, and Stott Pilates a style well known for its rehab qualities. She offeres a variety of modification and variations for clients of different backgrounds and body needs. Pilates is great for people suffering from back and neck pain, as well as with MS, osteoporosis or hip replacements. Or simply for those who want to excel at their sport, and/ or maintain a healthy and energetic lifestyle.
