By integrating the disciplines of meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, Pilates & dance/movement explorations, Motion33 method brings people of diverse backgrounds into contact with their bodies. Encouraging them through one-on-one sessions and workshops to be present while they experience the release of emotions within a safe and nourishing environment.
This process of connecting the emotional body with movement delivers the student into a new space in which they can experience embodiment of their true self – the connection with spirit. Motion33 creates a trustful environment for self-expression and exploration.
